Jill Donohue keeps things running smoothly for Team TRELORA, home sellers and potential buyers. She handles everything from, “Oops - Fido is in the living room and a showing is scheduled in 5 minutes,” to “Hey - did you email the new disclosures to those buyers?” Like any smooth operator, she anticipates challenges and keeps tabs on a plethora of moving pieces and parties to the transaction.

What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?

Any company that is trying to shake things up in order to actually help other people has my attention.  I worked on a small project here while I was in coding school, and fell in love with the inclusiveness, fired up atmosphere, and genuine care for the client that is instilled in each employee that walks through the door each morning.  Fight the status quo!

Name 3 of your core values. What makes you tick?

These three values drive not only my professional life here at TRELORA, but also my personal life.  To me, without passion, what is the point? Even in the most mundane of tasks, I try to discover a purpose behind it, to get it done on time, and to walk away knowing I did not compromise my own values in order to do it.

Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?

I am still working on my first real estate transaction so I would most likely take that money to invest in my future dream home.  Cabins in the mountains don’t come cheap!

What do enjoy outside of work?

hen it comes to my free time, it all boils down to the basic principle of learning.  I love traveling to learn about new cultures, reading to learn about new thoughts, cooking to learn about new flavors, and hiking to learn about different parts of the world untouched by cars.
