Full-Stack Developer

Trelora is a Denver startup revolutionizing the way people buy and sell homes. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our agile software team. This is a growth-trajectory position for someone interested in learning quickly and growing into technical or team leadership.

Who You Are

  • Required:

    • A skilled engineer with 2+ years of professional software development experience.

    • A learner who enjoys pairing with other engineers, designers, PMs, and end users to solve problems collaboratively.

    • A firm believer in Lean and Agile methodologies with a keen instinct for balancing quality with speed.

    • Excited by the prospect of making real estate simpler, more affordable, and more customer-friendly.

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Experience working in a startup environment on a growth-stage product.

    • A history of learning new technologies quickly and teaching others.

    • Cross-functional experience in design, product management, and/or entrepreneurship.

    • Familiarity with residential real estate.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement product improvements to our in-house transaction management tool, which enables our agents to effectively complete 20x as many transactions as traditional agents.

  • Through AB testing and iterative improvement, optimize our public-facing property search site to communicate our value proposition to visitors.

  • Improve outcomes for buyers and sellers through targeted feature enhancements to our client dashboard.

  • Help scale our platform to support other real estate verticals and to serve our growing customer base across multiple markets.

  • Collaborate on technology decisions, architecture and implementation strategy.

  • Participate in weekly planning and retrospectives to improve what we build and how we build it.
