About the Role:
TRELORA is seeking a results-driven Home Advisor to join our Inside Sales team! Our Home Advisors are incredibly important to our business. They are the first impression a customer has with TRELORA. To be successful in this role, you can not be afraid of the phone. You will need to have great communication skills and have a high emotional intelligence. We are looking for articulate hunters who are able to communicate complex ideas using simple language. Our ideal candidates are closers who thrive in a fast paced environment. Some weekends required.

Able to easily explain and sell the TRELORA value proposition
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
Cold call potential clients and builders
Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and leads in our CRM
Schedule appointments for our Home Agents and Showing Agents
Responsible for post appointment follow up to answer questions and collect payment
Meet and exceed monthly goals for appointments set and payments collected
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software
Previous sales experience a plus
