ABOUT THE ROLE:

TRELORA is seeking a results-driven Home Advisor to join our Inside Sales Associate team! You will be responsible for initial client intake, appointment setting for listing clients, and consultations for buyer clients. TRELORA has aggressive goals for 2018, and we need your help to hit them! A tiered bonus structure allows the best performers to earn more. Exceed your goals, get rewarded!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to meet and exceed goals

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and leads in our CRM

  • Able to articulate and sell the TRELORA value proposition

  • Responsible for post appointment follow up to answer questions and assist clients in making their payment

  • Smile and have fun with your co-workers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent phone skills, an assumptive closer to set appointments

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Outstanding customer service and listening skills

  • Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software

  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
