The Experience Coordinator (EC) is the friendly face of the TRELORA Home Center. The ECs manage incoming emails and phone calls, giving customers information about TRELORA, and ensuring customers get to the right teams.
You’ll need to be an excellent multi-tasker -- we receive a very large volume of calls, texts, and emails. Can you juggle multiple tasks at once without losing your place, and still deliver excellent customer service?
