Full-Stack Developer

Trelora is a Denver startup revolutionizing the way people buy and sell homes. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our agile software team. This is a growth-trajectory position for a new developer — your ability to learn matters more to us than what you already know.

Who You Are

  • Required:

    • A skilled engineer with a demonstrated ability to build working software.

    • A learner who enjoys collaborating with other engineers, designers, PMs, and end users to solve problems collaboratively.

    • A firm believer in Lean and Agile methodologies with a keen instinct for balancing quality with speed. 

    • Excited by the prospect of making real estate simpler, more affordable, and more customer-friendly.

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Experience working in a startup environment on a growth-stage product. 

    • A history of learning new technologies quickly and teaching others.

    • Cross-functional experience in design, product management, and/or entrepreneurship.

    • Familiarity with residential real estate.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement product improvements to our in-house transaction management tool, which enables our agents to effectively complete 20x as many transactions as traditional agents.

  • Through AB testing and iterative improvement, optimize our public-facing property search site to communicate our value proposition to visitors.

  • Improve outcomes for buyers and sellers through targeted feature enhancements to our client dashboard.

  • Help scale our platform to support other real estate verticals and to serve our growing customer base across multiple markets.

  • Collaborate on technology decisions, architecture and implementation strategy.

  • Participate in weekly planning and retrospectives to improve what we build and how we build it.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

You will be responsible for supporting a team of licensed agents as we strive to serve our clients. Your function will be highly administrative as well as phone based. You will need the ability to effortlessly flow between several systems and keep track of details while helping coordinate the daily details of your team and our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to helping sellers get their property onto the MLS, booking showings, managing email, taking phone calls, and finding other ways to bring value to our clients that will make their day. We encourage people in this role to always find ways to go the extra mile to make our clients feel loved!

The day-to-day:

You will be working with mainly sellers as part of a small team (3-5 people). You will be responsible for being the face of TRELORA as you meet with potential sellers in their homes to review comps, discuss the best price to list at, and answer any questions about the TRELORA process.

As TRELORA functions as a team, your main goal is to consistently convert potential leads into TRELORA sellers and buyers. Say goodbye to the days of drumming up the leads. Appointments are booked for you, all you need to do is convert and then another member of the team will take the client through the process of listing and going under contract. The focus this will allow you to have in becoming the best at comping homes and working with sellers to understand all the angles will leave you with unparalleled experience. Our other pricing agents truly are the best and most experienced at pricing homes, and you will be no different!

Please also be prepared to be a showing agent as demand dictates.
