Licensed Real Estate Agent

TRELORA is hiring brokers licensed in the State of Colorado to join our team. Who we’re looking for:

  • A licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker in good standing.
  • An uncompromising desire to follow through on your commitments, to be held accountable, and to hold others accountable.
  • The ability to admit what you don’t know, and a drive to constantly be learning.
  • Be fearless with failure. Jump in with both feet and learn from your mistakes. You will make a lot of mistakes!
     

The day-to-day:

You will be working with either buyers or sellers are part of a small team (3-5 people). You will be responsible for a portion of that team’s book of business. This includes activating properties on the MLS, monitor and follow up on showings and showing feedback, negotiate offers, inspections, appraisals at the direction of your clients, and managing dates and deadlines of the real estate contract to ensure a smooth road to closing.

You’ll need to be an excellent multi-tasker -- we receive a very large volume of calls, texts, and emails.  Can you juggle multiple problems at once without losing your place, and still deliver excellent customer service?

Senior Developer

We're looking for smart, passionate senior developers to join the TRELORA team

TRELORA is a real estate company that saves homeowners millions of dollars in fees by offering advanced technology and a team-based approach to transaction management. We are looking for (badass) people to join the team and help disrupt the Real Estate industry while accelerating our progress.

Our ethos: Nobody makes product decisions who is not tech savvy. A prime objective is to never ask someone to build something that doesn't make sense, or hand someone something that only makes sense in the world of "Lorem Ipsum." We "pair" around solving issues, sharing knowledge, and training juniors, but not around lines of code.

We are strongly focused on creating excellent MVPPs (Minimum Viable Polished Products) that bring in business, make our team more efficient, and give our customers an excellent experience. We have three core interlocking products: A search site to engage potential buyers and sellers and generate leads, a CRM and task management system that our employees use to service our customers, and a customer portal that keeps our active customers deeply engaged and informed.
